Lifestyle Intervention Programmes

The main aim of your program is longevity. We are primal and holistically minded and approach your lifestyle intervention program from many angles. You will be introduced to some concepts you might question. Please do! We focus on education, and we have a solid scientific foundation.

Assessments

Our first assessment will be scheduled as soon as you commit to the program. The type of assessment will depend on the program you follow but usually includes:

  • An interview.

  • Body fat % measurement.

  • Weight (on your scale if you have one).

  • Taking a selfie.

The follow-up assessments will be scheduled with our program development session. Here, we will plan your meals as a team, specifically for your individual needs. The program will be adapted continually, and the structure will be determined at the follow-up assessment.

Communication

As we will work in a team towards your goals, communication is a vital part of the success of your program. We will ask some personal questions, pictures of your food, sometimes your weight, how you feel, or if you had a naughty snack. Please be as honest as you can! Please feel free to ask anything, anytime, or if you have concerns regarding a specific aspect of the program. Depending on your type of program, we may also have to schedule a virtual session.

 

Products

We have some real-quality natural products, including fermented foods, broth, medicinal mushrooms, tinctures, essential oils, cannabis products, food state vitamins, minerals and training equipment. We will recommend some of it during your program. Some will be important for your specific program, but it's still your choice.

 

Commitment

We appreciate the total commitment and trust from your side to the program. If you do, you will see and feel incredible results. Weight Loss, a clear mind, less pain and inflammation, more energy, better sleep, and a drastic and consistent improvement of your health, to name a few. You will also get lots of information and explanations on all the strategies we follow to design your program, step by step.

 

Program Duration

A typical program is about 12 weeks. The different phases of the program vary from person to person. The gut healing phase, for example, is a little longer in most people in the past couple of years. We will decide together on the next step after the initial 12-week program.

Kids Lifestyle Programme

If your child is overweight or obese, it can make their life miserable in many ways. Apart from all the health risks associated with being overweight, like Type 2 diabetes, High blood pressure, high cholesterol, joint pain, asthma, skin problems and fatty liver disease, it can be detrimental to their self-esteem. Growing up, many of us had firsthand experiences with harmful comments or bullying from classmates, teachers, and other parents.

The number on the scale will never be the focus of our program. There is never a perfect weight for a child, as gender, age, and height should be considered.

We offer different approaches for kids:

  • Ages 1 – 6 

  • Ages 7–10 and 

  • Ages 11-17

  • ​

The focus will be a healthy, active lifestyle, not a number to chase on the scale...

Helping them to maintain a healthy weight and body and teaching them how to change their lifestyles is one of the best things you can do for them now and in the future.
